So the Capstone Publishing website is finally open for business. If you know that scene in Spinal Tap where the band get lost backstage on the way to the gig, you'll know what launching this thing's been like. But we got there in the end, and you stuck with us.
Everyone's into book publishing right now aren't they? Nothing changes for 500 years and suddenly it's the new rock and roll. We've got a revolution in formats, channels, reading habits... just about everything you can think of. And Business publishing is right at the forefront of that - and Capstone is right at the forefront of Business publishing. Along with eating biscuits, it's what we do all day.
Actually, I exaggerated. There has been another change in book publishing in the last 500 years. It happened 15 years ago when online retailers came onto the scene, and guess what, Business book publishing lead the way then too.
Business book readers are early adopters, embracing change faster than anyone else. That's how we like it. We're doing the same with our business books. We'll use this blog to give you a glimpse inside our world.

It is with great pleasure that I hereby declare the Capstone blog open for business. How exciting, our first blog post… our first of many. We fully intend to rabbit on to anyone who will listen. We have so much to say after all – you can’t spend all day with these great books, great content and great authors without coming away with a thing or two to say.
We’ll use the blog to keep you up to date with all things Capstone – our new and exciting business and personal development books, events where our author’s are speaking, new videos, everything ‘e’ we’re up to – from free eSamplers to fancy enhanced eBooks, shows we’ll be at where you can come and see us and much more.
We also spend a lot of our time checking out the cool things other people are doing so we’re bound to be pointing you in the direction of things we find interesting from out there in the real world. Maybe someone’s doing something awesome and new with social media, maybe someone else is doing brilliant things in the mobile space, maybe a company have started…I don’t know… doing something else that’s great – just watch this space!
And…most importantly of all, we’ll be dishing out the special offers and exclusive free content left, right and centre. We don’t want thisiscapstone.com to be some useless old catalogue site, this is a place to come and get exclusive articles from our expert authors, read one-off interviews with some of the top business minds, get yourself free downloadable content to take away with you. In short, we want to provide as many people as we can with the tools they need to be better, be braver and be brilliant – in business and in life.
