Wouldn’t it be great if you could change the world? As a social entrepreneur, you can get out there and actually do it by building a business that makes a difference.
Social enterprise has been booming over the past few years, with 35% of people involved in start-ups now being social entrepreneurs. In the wake of the financial crisis, when many traditional business models have come under negative scrutiny, its appeal seems to have grown with over 50% of social enterprises experiencing an increase in turnover.

Running a business with social goals, and investing the money you make back into your community is one of the most rewarding things you could possibly do, but the social entrepreneur does face some pretty unique challenges.

Packed with wisdom from real experience, practical advice and case studies of people who’ve really done it, How to be a Social Entrepreneur provides information and inspiration that no social entrepreneur will be able to do without.

How to be a Social Entrepreneur will help you:

  • Define what you want to do and why you want to do it
  • Find the right kind of funding
  • Build a brand that makes you unique
  • Find a team as motivated and inspired as you are
  • Measure the impact you’re having
