The authors of Sticky Wisdom, form part of the team at What If?, the London -based consultancy, that works with blue chip organizations releasing creative potential of individuals and products to make a profound impact. Founded in 1992, it has helped organisations including Audi, J. Sainsburys, BBC and Unilever develop ideas for new products, offer solutions, strategic advice and help foster innovation and creativity in the work place.


Dave Allan Co-founded ?What If! in 1992 with Matt Kingdon. Prior to that Dave helped set up the European innovation process of Unilever subsidiary Lever brothers. He has led over 100 innovation projects which have contributed to inspiring ?What If!’s tools of creative thinking.

Matt Kingdon marketed Unilever brands in the UK and Thailand. Initially working on the development of new products, Matt was responsible for raising Unilever’s brand portfolio in various emerging markets throughout the world. He has designed and facilitated breakthrough creative workshops in numerous categories and countries.

Kristina Murrin graduated from Cambridge Univeristy with a degree in Psychology and went to work for Proctor and Gamble, exploring what makes some managers more creative than others. She joined ?What If! in 1994 and led the development of ?What If!’s creative training programmes.

Daz Rudkin joined ?What If! in 1994 after working at Unilever as a marketer. He now leads a team of consultants researching and advising on innovation culture around the world.
