John Adair
John Adair is one of the world’s leading authorities on leadership and leadership development. Over a million managers worldwide have taken part in the Action-Centred Leadership programmes he pioneered.
John was the world’s first Professor of Leadership at the University of Surrey. More recently, he was awarded the title of Honorary Professor from the People’s Republic of China in recognition of his ‘outstanding research and contribution in the field of Leadership’ and has been appointed the Chair of Leadership Studies at the United Nations System Staff College in Turin.
Over his career, John has written over 40 books, which have been translated into many languages.
