Phil Dourado is a writer, editor and business analyst. He writes for a number of national newspapers and magazines including The Telegraph, The Independent and The Business.  He is content editor for www.ecsw.com. When not doing that, he is paid by companies to research, write & edit and to show them how to improve their existing corporate communications. He has also edited two B2B journals.
